Raúl Bartolomé Castro
Founder, Executive director and Manager of Research and Development

Mr. Bartolomé is executive director and manager of the research and development, the main operation of the company.

He started the company on April 2009 with his colleague Mr. Martínez.

He has the degrees of ¨Engineering in Automatic Systems and Industrial Electronics¨ and ¨Industrial Technical Engineering in Industrial Electronics¨, both degrees from University Rovira I Virgili, Tarragona, Spain.

Prior to CISIUM, he was senior hardware designer and mentor in Lear Corporation, a leading automotive supplier,  with assignments in Spain, Philippines  and Japan.

He also worked as software developer and electrical designer in ASM Dimatec (Spain) a manufacturer of special machines and provider of automation of manufacturing processes in the field of industry and for the manufacturing of automobiles.

Prior to that, Mr. Bartolomé was engineering manager for electronic products development in CreaSoft (Spain), covering software and hardware development of special test equipment and machines for industrial and automotive sector.
