 Luis Martínez Monteserín
Founder, Executive director and General Manager
Luis Martínez is executive director and general manager of the company. He is in charge of sales & marketing and project management.
He started the company on April 2009 with his college Mr. Raúl Bartolomé.
Luis was born and grew up in Germany, 2nd youngest son of 5 kids of an immigrant family from Spain.
After high school he started apprenticeship at Ruhrkohle Niederrhein (RAG) and graduated in power electronic engineering. In 1998 he graduated from the University of applied sciences „Georg Agricola" für Rohstoff, Energie und Umwelt zu Bochum in the field of telecommunication engineering,
Prior to CISIUM, he was working at Lear Corporation, Germany. During his time at Lear Corporation he was in worked in engineering in the electrical and electronic division involved in Product developments for Ford and GM Europe and later on he was assigned 3.5 years as resident engineer at Japan at Lear's customer focused division.
April 2007 he was transferred to Philippines where he worked as project leader, program manager and head of project management for Lear Cebu electronics in the Philippines until he returned back to his home office in Wuppertal/Germany where he resigned September 2009 to be able to dedicate 100% of his time to CISIUM.
Luis married August 2000 his charming German wife Ricarda and is today proud father of 3 handsome children. |
